How to Calculate
Your Tax Bill

Real property tax bills in Loudoun County are based on the tax rate and the assessed value of the property.

To calculate your tax bill, divide the assessed value by 100, then multiply the result by the tax rate.

For example the annual tax bill on a property valued at $400,000, at the adopted tax rate of $1.245, would be:

$4,000 x $1.245 = $4,980
