The Loudoun County Office of Transportation Services accepts applications and petitions for the establishment of pilot parking districts in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Parking District Ordinance. The districts may provide relief to homeowners in areas of the county, outside incorporated town limits, where non-residents utilize the majority of on-street parking spaces.
