The Loudoun County Victim Witness Program is located on the first floor of the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office at 20 East Market Street in Leesburg, Virginia. The building is located at the "Y" intersection of Route 7 and Route 15 which converge into East Market Street. Parking is available at the Leesburg Parking Garage; the first 2 hours are free and it is .50 an hour after the first two hours.

Route 66/Beltway/Dulles Toll Road

Take the Beltway or Route 66 to the Dulles Toll Road exit (Route 267). Follow the Toll Road local lanes until it turns into the Dulles Greenway (still Route 267). At the end of the Greenway (approximately 13 miles) take the left hand exit. Stay in the right hand lane and take the first right exit - Leesburg Business. Follow this road (King Street) to the fourth traffic light which is Loudoun Street. Make a left and about a half block on the right you will see the entrance to the Leesburg Town Public Parking Garage.

Interstate 495/Beltway/Dulles Toll Road

Take Interstate 495 Beltway toward Rockville. Follow to the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267).. Follow the Toll Road local lanes until it turns into the Dulles Greenway (still Route 267). At the end of the Greenway (approximately 13 miles) take the left hand exit. Stay in the right hand lane and take the first right exit--Leesburg Business. Follow this road (King Street) for four lights. Take a left on Loudoun Street and on the right you will see the Town of Leesburg Parking Garage.

Interstate 70/Route 340

From Interstate 70 West (about 35 miles) to Frederick, Maryland. From Frederick, take Route 340/Route 15 (same road at that point) South (sign will say Charles Town/Leesburg). Follow for about 2 miles and Route 15 will bear off to the left. Stay on Route 15 (about 15 miles) to Leesburg. Route 15 and King Street are one in the same so stay on King Street and take a right on Market Street then a left into the Town of Leesburg Parking Garage.

Interstate 95/Route 17/ Route 15

Follow Interstate 95 North (about 50 miles) to the Route 17 (Warrenton) exit. Follow Route 17 North to Opal where it joins Highways 29 and 15. Follow Routes 15/29/17 (about 5 miles) North. The Routes 15/29 Bypass bears right. Stay on the Routes 15/29 Bypass (about 10 miles) until Route. 15 exits to the North. Follow Route 15 North (about 20 miles) to Leesburg. Stay on 15 (King Street) for several lights. Take a left on Loudoun Street and park in the town garage which is on the right.

Directions from parking garage to Loudoun County Court Complex/Victim Witness Program

Exit the parking garage at the East Market Street exit. Turn right out of the parking garage and walk east on East Market Street. At the stop lights you will see the court complex across the street and on your left. The first courthouse is the "Old Courthouse" and the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office/Victim Witness Program is located at 20 East Market Street which is parallel to the Old Courthouse in the brick building at the end of the complex.
