The Clerk of the Circuit Court
Law Library

The Loudoun County Law Library, managed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, offers a collection of United States and Virginia statutes and law books. It is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The The law library is staffed by a professional librarian, who does not offer legal advice, but assists in locating legal information and sample legal forms and also assists patrons with searches of some online legal databases.
