Demographic, Economic, & Fiscal Assumptions & Forecasts

The Fiscal Impact Committee Guidelines document shows demographic, economic, and fiscal assumptions and forecasts for Loudoun County. Together, the Fiscal Impact Committee (FIC), the Department of Economic Development, and the Department of Management and Financial Services develop the document and its demographic, economic, and fiscal assumptions, and forecasts. This report reflects the review and analysis of key assumptions that significantly affect residential and nonresidential forecasts for Loudoun County.
