The administrative offices of the Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue & Emergency Management are located at 803 Sycolin Road, Suite 104, Leesburg. 
Via Route 7 from Winchester and Points WestFollow Route 7 East to Leesburg, after passing the Dulles Greenway, turn right onto Sycolin Road. Follow Sycolin until you reach 803, which will be on your right. Fire-Rescue & Emergency Management is on the first floor. Via Route 7 from Sterling and Points East Follow Route 7 west to Leesburg. Take the exit off Route 7 for Winchester and Warrenton. At the traffic light , turn left onto Sycolin Road. Follow Sycolin until you reach 803 which will be on your right. Via Route 15 from Fredrick, MarylandFollow Route 15 South to the split outside of Leesburg, follow Route 15 towards Winchester & Warrenton, Go to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Sycolin Road. Follow Sycolin until you reach 803 which will be on your right. Fire-Rescue & Emergency Management is on the first floor. Via Route 15 from Prince William and Fauquier Counties Follow Route 15 North, to Route 15 bypass. Go north on the bypass towards Frederick, Maryland. At the first traffic light, turn right on Sycolin Road. Follow Sycolin Road until you reach 803 which will be on your right. Fire-Rescue & Emergency Management is on the first floor. Via the GreenwayTake the Dulles Toll Road west. The Dulles toll road empties onto the Dulles Greenway. At the end of the Dulles Greenway, take the exit for Frederick, Maryland, Route 15 North. At first traffic light, turn right onto Sycolin road. Follow Sycolin until you reach 803 which will be on your right. Fire-Rescue & Emergency Management is on the first floor.
