• You may visit the Procurement office and pick up a bid or proposal packet between the hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. We are located on the 4th floor of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, S.E., Leesburg, Virginia.

NOTICE: Loudoun County will notify registered vendors of specific bids, proposals, and addenda that are issued. If you are not a registered vendor and you are interested in submitting a bid or proposal, check our website regularly for addenda. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could result in rejection of your bid/proposal as non-responsive. In the case of an inconsistency between information on this site and the written document, the written document shall prevail.
