Supervisor Stevens Miller
Stevens Miller was elected to the Board of Supervisors representing the Dulles District in November 2007. He serves on the Board’s Finance, Government Services & Operations Committee. He previously served as chairman of the Board of Supervisors’ Public Safety/Human Services Committee.
He currently represents Loudoun County on two committees of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) – the Committee on Noise Abatement and Aviation at National and Dulles Airports, and the Public Safety Policy Committee – and the Route 28 Transportation Improvement District Commission. He also represents the Board of Supervisors on the Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Commission.
The son of a naval officer, he was born in Japan and graduated from high school in McLean, Va. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College, a Master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. He is the owner of Data Forensics Labs, Inc.
He has served on the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission, Zoning Ordinance Review Committee, and board of directors of his homeowners association. He is also a member of the Loudoun Crime Commission and serves as a Neighborhood Watch co-chair.
He and his wife Elizabeth have one son. They live in Sterling.
