In addition to the office at the county government center in Leesburg, the Office of the County Assessor has a satellite office in Ashburn. The office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The satellite office is located at 45201 Research Place, Suite 130, Ashburn, VA 20147. Directions are below:

From the West

Start: Route 7 East (East Market Street/Harry Flood Byrd Highway) toward Sterling.

Turn left on George Washington Boulevard (the traffic light just before Route 28).

Turn right onto Research Place (first right).

Take the third right into the parking lot, make a immediate left and drive around to the back of the building. Take the sidewalk to the second door on the left.

From the East

Start: Route 7 West (Harry Flood Byrd Highway) toward Leesburg.

Turn right onto George Washington Boulevard (the traffic light just after Route 28).

Turn right onto Research Place (first right).

Take the third right into the parking lot, make a immediate left and drive around to the back of the building. Take the sidewalk to the second door on the left.

From the South

Start: Route 28 (Sully Road) north toward Sterling.

Turn left onto Rt. 7 West (Harry Flood Byrd Highway) toward Leesburg.

Turn right onto George Washington Boulevard (the first traffic light just after Route 28).

Turn right onto Research Place (first right).

Take the third right into the parking lot, make a immediate left and drive around to the back of the building. Take the sidewalk to the second door on the left.

From the North

Start: Route 15 (James Monroe Highway) south to Leesburg Business Route 15 (King Street).

Continue on Rt. 15 (King Street) to Rt. 7 East (East Market Street).

Left at traffic light onto Rt. 7 East (Market Street).

Continue on Rt. 7 East (Market Street) leaving Leesburg.

Rt. 7 East becomes Harry Flood Byrd Highway.

Turn left on George Washington Boulevard (the traffic light just before Rt. 28).

Turn Right onto Research Place (first right).
