• Coordinates cooperative planning efforts with Loudoun's seven incorporated towns and surrounding jurisdictions;

• Prepares policy options concerning the Joint Land Management Areas for Leesburg, Hamilton, Purcellville, and Round Hill;

• Provides land development application referrals to the other jurisdictions and agencies upon request;

• Participates in the Main Street Program with the towns;

• Works with the Towns on jurisdictional issues;

• Serves as a point of contact to Town officials and staff regarding interjurisdictional questions and issues.
