Please note: a signature may not be provided by any office clerk for the drop-off box usage.

Where can I hand-deliver documents/filings for the Probate Department?

You may drop off probate documents/filings directly into the designated secured box labeled specifically for the probate department. This box is located adjacent to the mailboxes in the Clerk’s Office, at 18 East Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176. A Probate Clerk will retrieve mail from this box twice daily.
