The goal of the Loudoun County Affordable Dwelling Unit Advisory Board (ADUAB) is to comprehensively review and draft amendments to Article 7 of the Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 1450 of the Loudoun County Codified Ordinances, with input from appropriate staff, Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) builders and consumers, and the Loudoun County Housing Advisory Board.

The ADUAB has initiated a comprehensive process of review of the ADU program with the intent of drafting amendments to Article 7 and Chapter 1450, which govern the program.
