Nonprofit Organizations Now Eligible to Purchase ADU Homes in Loudoun | The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors recently approved a process for nonprofit organizations to be designated as qualified to purchase an Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) home. Nonprofit organizations desiring to be designated to purchase an ADU home must complete an application form for “Designation as a Qualified Nonprofit Organization." The initial application period will begin September 21, 2009, and will conclude October 30, 2009. The next application period will begin in March 2010.
