Circuit Court Clerk Administers Oath to Phyllis Randall

Phyllis Randall, a resident of Lansdowne, was recently nominated by Delegate David Poisson for appointment to the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Fair Housing.

Governor Timothy Kaine appointed Randall to the post and on September 3, 2009, she appeared before the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Gary M. Clemens, to be sworn into office. Her son witnessed the administration of the oath of office on the Courthouse grounds.

Randall, who has been active community leader for many years in Loudoun County, will serve a 3-year term on the Fair Housing Board.
