Bull Run Alcohol Safety Action Program General Purpose The Bull Run Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) Policy Board strives to improve highway safety by helping to reduce the incidence of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs through local user-funded specific deterrence programs of education and treatment for DUI offenders, and through general deterrence programs for the public at large in coordination with regional and statewide efforts. The efforts to reduce driving under the influence are directed through these program components: enforcement, adjudication, case management and offender intervention, public information and evaluation certification. Members There are ten members who are representatives of the counties of Loudoun and Prince William; the towns of Dumfries, Leesburg, Purcellville, Haymarket, Middleburg, and Quantico; and the cities of Manassas Park and Manassas. The Loudoun County representative is appointed by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. Meetings Meetings of the Bull Run ASAP are held quarterly at varying locations.
