Community Policy and Management Team General Purpose The Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) was established by the Board of Supervisors in 1992 for services to at-risk youth and families in compliance with the 1993 Comprehensive Service Act for At Risk Youth and Families. The team provides administrative oversight and coordination, resolves problems, and reduces barriers identified by the Family Assessment and Planning Team. Members The Community Policy and Management Team is made up of eight members appointed by the Board of Supervisors. They are: - Director of the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services
- Director of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services
- Director of the Loudoun County. Juvenile Court Services Unit
- Director of the Loudoun County Health Department
- Director of Pupil Services, Loudoun Public Schools
- Provider Representative; member of a private organization or association of providers for children's or family services
- Parent Representative; member who is not an employee of any public or private program which serves children and families
- Director of Loudoun County Department of Management & Financial Services
Meetings The Community Policy and Management Team normally meets on the second Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the Shenandoah Building, 102 Heritage Way, S.E., Leesburg. Meeting dates are posted on the Loudoun County Government Master Calendar.
