Commuter Bus Advisory Board General Purpose The Commuter Bus Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors on all policy and operational matters pertaining to the system of buses operating fixed route service between Loudoun County and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The advisory board is aware of day-to-day problems, provides a forum to discuss them in detail, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. Comments, concerns and suggestions may be sent to the advisory board at CBAB@loudoun.gov. Members The Commuter Bus Advisory Board has from five to nine members, who live in Loudoun County and who use the county commuter system. Members are appointed by district, but residency in the district is not required. Meetings The Commuter Bus Advisory Board does not have a set meeting time. The chairman sends out a notice calling for a meeting which takes place in the County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, S.E., in Leesburg.
