Dulles Town Center Community Development Authority

General Purpose

The Dulles Town Center Community Development Authority (CDA) district was created by the Board of Supervisors, upon petition of the landowners in the district. The general purpose is to finance public infrastructure at the Dulles Town Center project through a special assessment district.

Members

There are five members appointed by the Board of Supervisors. A majority (3) of the CDA board consists of petitioning landowners or their nominees; the other two members are appointed from the county at large.

Meetings

Meetings are held as announced. The County Administrator, members of the Board of Supervisors, and the County Attorney are faxed notices of all CDA meetings.
