The Department of Management and Financial Services provides centralized support to other county agencies in the areas of budgeting, financial services, management, human resources, procurement and research. Accounting & Financial Analysis This division manages internal auditing and compliance, capital financing and debt management, financial accounting, financial and budgetary reporting, internal control, payroll, risk and insurance. The office provides policy development and administration, coordination of EEO and Affirmative Action programs, compensation, recruitment, employee benefits, organizational analysis, employee relations, and performance assessment.
