Division of Procurement

Loudoun County Procurement maintains an automated database of bidders and their associated commodity codes. This list is primarily used to notify bidders of formal procurements.

Bidders who select "E-mail Notification" will be notified of formal procurements via e-mail for associated commodity codes. If you are a bidder who is registering/updating a profile and do not select "E-mail Notification," you will not be notified of any formal procurements. Bidders who do not select "E-mail Notification" may register in our database as a source for small purchases.

Bidders - To be added/updated to our Bidders Database, just complete the Bidders Application form in one of the following ways.

1. Use the online Bidders Application form.

2. Visit the Procurement office and pick up an application between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. We are located on the fourth floor of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.

3. Call us at 703-777-0403 or e-mail us at procurement@loudoun.gov and we will mail an application to you.
