The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging offers a monthly opportunity for caregivers to share thier experience, receive useful information, learn caregiving tips, and gain emotional support without leaving home. The topic for the April session is "Managing Chronic Illness: Journaling Towards Inner Peace.
