Watershed Implementation Plans are roadmaps for meeting pollution reductions established by the Environmental Protection Agency for the Chesapeake Bay.Each state with waters draining to the Chesapeake Bay is required to submit a Watershed Implementation Plan. Residents of Loudoun will help determine the best management practices and strategies to meet the pollution reduction goals.
