Services Offered
The Community Health Division of the Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of services, including immunizations to help protect the public from vaccine-preventable diseases and testing for tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted diseases, and HIV.
The division provides follow-up of all reportable communicable diseases and also provides information on illness prevention, wellness, chronic diseases, and many other health-related subjects. The Public Health Nursing Program provides services in homes, schools, and communities to maintain wellness and prevent illness or injury.

The Ashburn clinic provides tuberculosis screenings only, at a cost of $15.90 per TB risk assessment. There is an additional charge of $7.00 if a TB test is placed as a result of the findings of the assessment. A chest X-ray may also be required to rule out tuberculosis, which is available at a separate charge. Patients are seen for TB screenings on a walk-in basis each Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
