Voter Registration
For the convenience of the citizens of Loudoun County, the Voter Registration Office at 750 Miller Drive, S.E., Suite C in Leesburg is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Voter Applications
Voter applications may be obtained at:

• Loudoun County Voter Registration Office
• Loudoun County Community Centers
• Loudoun County Public Libraries
• Offices of the Loudoun County Commissioner of the Revenue
• Offices of the Loudoun County Treasurer
• DMV Offices

Applications may be submitted in person or by mail. The General Registrar's office also supplies absentee ballots to eligible voters upon request. A voter registration form is available from the Virginia State Board of Elections website as is the absentee ballot application.
