Registering for E-Billing
We are in the process of replacing the Loudoun County tax assessment and collection system. Consequently, this online service is currently unavailable.
Additionally, the Commissioner of the Revenue and the Treasurer's offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 1 and Thursday, July 2, 2015. All Loudoun County Government administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2015, for the Independence Day holiday. Our offices will re-open for normal business on Monday, July 6, 2015.
We intend to make these online services available again on Monday, July 6, 2015.
The Loudoun County Treasurer’s Office is pleased to be among the first in the state of Virginia to offer individual taxpayers the opportunity to receive their personal property tax bills through electronic mail.
By registering for E-Billing, you can receive your bills in a timely fashion. You can minimize the potential of a tax bill being lost, thus avoiding penalties and interest. You will also be part of Loudoun’s green initiative, saving paper and the environment. Just as importantly, you will save valuable tax dollars by reducing the county's postage and handling costs.
