Please Note: In February of 2012, the Board of Supervisors placed a temporary ban on all unattended displays on the courthouse grounds.  Applications for unattended displays should not be submitted. However, applications may still be submitted for gatherings on the courthouse grounds.

Groups or individuals who want to have a function on the lawn of the Loudoun County Courthouse must complete an application form in full and send it to the address below. Applicants should read the "Guidelines for Use of the Courthouse Grounds" because all applications must be in compliance with all guidelines. Applicants should also refer to the map provided below because applications must include their requested display site.
