How can I advertise on the outside of the Loudoun County-owned commuter buses?

The Board of Supervisors approved placing advertisements on the outside of the Loudoun County Transit commuter buses. After a competitive procurement process, an advertising management contract was awarded to Signal Outdoor Advertising.
