Board of Supervisors Documents new
Loudoun County is now using the Laserfiche document management and records retention system for documents related to the Board of Supervisors. The new system, which is text searchable, is designed to provide easier access to the public for current Board meeting packets as well as provide more resources to those doing historical research. In addition to current meeting agendas and packets for the Board of Supervisors and its Standing Committees, the document archive includes scanned images of the Board of Supervisors Minute Books dating to 1870, Copy Teste Books from 1954 to the present, and Action Report Books from 1991 to the present.

The system also has a mobile view available here.

Agenda packets for Board business meetings are usually posted by close of business on the Friday prior to the meeting. The Action Report of the meeting is usually available in the same packet by close of business two days following the Business Meeting.
