Board of Supervisors Meeting Schedule

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors meeting schedule is as follows: 

• Regular business meetings are on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, beginning at 4:00 p.m., with public input beginning at 6:00 p.m.
• A monthly public hearing is held on the second Wednesday of the month, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 

Board meeting dates and times, including those of the Board's Standing Committees, also are posted on the Loudoun County Government Master Calendar.

Sign up to Speak to the Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors encourages people to sign up to speak at the board's public input sessions or public hearings. To sign up, please call the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 703-777-0200. Advanced sign ups will be taken until 12:00 noon the day of the meeting. Speakers will also have the option to sign-up in person at the meetings
