The Loudoun County CSB conducts monthly meetings which are scheduled on the second Thursday at 6:00 p.m.  Meetings are held in the Aspen Room at the Administrative Offices of the Department of MHSADS at 906 Trailview Boulevard in Leesburg, VA.

General Purpose
The Community Services Board (CSB) acts as the agent of Loudoun County in the establishment and operation of community mental health, developmental services and substance abuse programs as provided for in Chapter 10 of Title 37.1 of the Code of Virginia.

The CSB, established in 1973, oversees the programs and services of the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS), sets departmental policy and procedures, and determines priorities as mandated by the state of Virginia.

Vision, Mission & Guiding Principles
The Community Services Board, with the help of consumers, families and other stakeholders, has developed a statement of vision, mission and guiding principles that are a framework for the work of the CSB and the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Services.

Members
The Community Services Board (CSB) has 18 members who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The CSB is currently seeking people who would be interested in serving as members. Please contact your district Board of Supervisors or visit Current Vacancies for details.
