- Criminal Motions Day - Fourth Friday of each month at 9:00 am, except for November and December
- Misdemeanor Appeals Day - Second Friday of each month at 9:00 am
- Scheduling Docket - Every Monday at 9:00 am
Praecipes
The Circuit Court of Loudoun County has a local rule and requires that a praecipe be filed for the appropriate docket. All praecipes must be received one week in advance of the hearing you are requesting. If filing a praecipe, a motion must be filed as well for the court to know what issue you are asking them to rule upon. Motions that are filed without a praecipe will not be set for a hearing and will not be forwarded to chambers for review.
