Overview
You may be eligible for placement in an assisted living facility if you meet the following two criteria: the level of care needed and finances. The level of care needed is determined by a Social Worker from Family Services after an interview with you and/or your family or caregivers. Financial eligibility is determined by a Benefits Specialist at Family Services.
