Surplus Store/Online Auctions
Loudoun County is now selling its surplus inventory on the Internet through an online auction
company called Public Surplus. Items available for online auction include, but are not limited to, county vehicles, computer laptops, computer equipment, and a variety of other miscellaneous surplus items.

. Registration is free, however, a ten percent buyer’s premium is charged to all purchases. To receive occasional notices on upcoming auctions or to be added to the auction e-mail list, please send an email here
Payment may only be made online by credit card or by wire transfer. Public Processing, LLC, a third-party payment processing company, will receive and process all payments for the county's online surplus sales. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted at time of online auction pickup at 14 Cardinal Park Drive, Leesburg. Note
: Loudoun County government and school employees are subject to bidding limitations under the auction terms and conditions, which are available on the Public Surplus site.
