The Loudoun County Circuit Court hears bond appeals from the lower courts. Once appealed, these matters are placed on the first available scheduling docket in the Circuit Court.
Appeals received before 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be placed on the first available scheduling docket in the Circuit Court (typically Tuesday afternoon scheduling).
Appeals received after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will not be placed on the following Tuesday morning scheduling docket, but will be placed on the next available scheduling docket after that Tuesday.
