The WIOA Youth Program assists eligible young adults ages 17 to 24 to gain the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

How do I Apply?

  1. Visit
  2. Follow instructions under "How to Apply"
  3. Download and complete the WIOA Youth intake packet found under "How to Apply"
  4. Gather the following documents:
    1. Social Security Card
    2. Driver’s License or Picture ID
    3. Proof of Citizenship / Right to Work (examples: Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Residence Card (Green Card), Voter’s ID, or work permit that is valid for at least one year or more)
