The Voter Registration Office at 750 Miller Drive, SE, Suite C in Leesburg is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Military & Overseas Voters
If you are an active duty member of the uniformed services with a domicile address in Loudoun County, or if you are temporarily abroad and maintain residence and place of abode at an address in Loudoun County, you are eligible to receive a full ballot by mail for all elections.

Virginia law requires all voters to provide an acceptable form of identification at the polls.

Register to Vote
You may register at any time, but the application must be received or postmarked no later than 22 days before every election as processing of new information ceases and changes for voters cannot be processed.

A final step to end your registration is to mail the completed form to the office at the address provided.
