Day Support Services helps Loudoun residents with severe intellectual disabilities to volunteer, work, or take part in activities in their community.
Employment Services provides services to Loudoun residents with intellectual disabilities or serious mental illness.
The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services (MHSADS) provides in-home support services for individuals of all ages with intellectual disabilities living in the their own home or with their families.
Each residential service program provides the supervision, training, and care needed by the residents.
Individuals who receive services through the Mental Retardation (MR) Medicaid Waiver can select Consumer Directed (CD) Services or agency-directed services, or a combination of the two, when developing plans to help them live successfully in their communities.
