Deferred Compensation Plan
Loudoun County offers all regular employees and full-time, long-term temporary employees the option of participating in the Deferred Compensation Plan.
Dental and Vision Benefits
Loudoun County employees enjoy dental and vision coverage,
Core limited-term disability coverage is provided to regular employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week at no cost.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Loudoun County offers pre-tax flexible spending accounts for reimbursement of eligible medical and child care expenses.
The Loudoun County Health Plan provides all regular full-time, part-time (20+ hours per week), and full-time, long-term temporary employees with a choice of four medical plans coupled with prescription drugs. Vision and dental coverage may also be selected at a combined, affordable rate.
Regular employees working 20 hours or more per week and full-time, long-term temporary employees, are eligible for leave benefits.
