COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

All individuals 5 years and older can make an appointment at Loudoun County's COVID-19 vaccination clinic, located at Dulles Town Center, 21090 Dulles Town Circle in Sterling.

Make an Appointment

STEP 1:  Schedule your appointment.

  • Online: Schedule an Appointment Now 
    • First and Second Doses:  Everyone age 5 and older.
    • Booster Doses:  Everyone age 18 and older (schedule boosters at least 6 months after receiving the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or 2 months after receiving the first dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine).

  • Phone:  If you do not have access to the internet, you may call the COVID-19 Information Line at 703-737-8300for assistance in scheduling an appointment.
    • The call center is open Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

STEP 2:  Prepare for Your Appointment at the Loudoun County Vaccination Site

STEP 3:  Schedule Your Second Dose or Plan for Your Booster

  • Second Doses:
    • The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines require two doses, 21 or 28 days apart, respectively. It's important you get both doses. 
    • You do not need to re-register or wait for notification to schedule your second dose. 
    • If you scheduled your vaccine appointment over the phone, be sure to schedule your second dose appointment before you leave the vaccination site by visiting the assigned table near the exit. 
    • If you scheduled your vaccine appointment online, schedule your second dose appointment online.
  • Booster Doses: Mark your calendars so that you may schedule a booster dose in the coming months. 
    • Everyone 18 years and older who received the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine should receive a booster dose 6 months (180 days) after their second dose. 
    • Everyone 18 years and older who received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine should receive a booster dose at least 2 months after their shot.

Other Vaccination Opportunities

COVID-19 vaccine is available from many providers in Loudoun County, such as medical offices and pharmacies including, but not limited to, CVS, Giant Food, Harris Teeter, Safeway, Walgreens, Walmart and Wegmans. These entities do not coordinate their vaccination appointments with Loudoun County.
