Planning Your Trip to the Government Center
The Loudoun County Government Center is located at 1 Harrison Street, SE Leesburg, VA 20175.
The main entrance to the building is located in the courtyard adjacent to the Government Center garage, which is accessed off of Loudoun Street. There is no entry into the Government Center through the doors located on Harrison Street.
Free public parking is available on the first level of the Government Center Garage and at the Pennington Parking Garage and Lot, which is located at 210 Church Street NE, Leesburg 20176.
Paid parking is located in the Town of Leesburg Church Street Lot adjacent to the Government Center Parking Garage.

Loudoun County Transit provides local, fixed-route bus service from Leesburg through eastern Loudoun County, including paratransit service for eligible persons with disabilities. Services on Upper Floors of the Government Center
Some departments in the Government Center use a virtual line for in-person services.
Customers visiting these departments must join a line or make an appointment to be served. Services are located on the second floor.

Visitors to other departments that are located on the upper floors of the Government Center should be escorted by staff. Contact the department to make an appointment and for assistance prior to your visit to the Government Center.
