St. Louis Village Plan Comprehensive Plan Amendment

Overview

The St. Louis Village Plan Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPAM) is intended to develop a Village Plan for the rural, historic village of Saint Louis and, if necessary, other appropriate policy changes to the Comprehensive Plan to help realize the Village Area Plan. In addition, there are expected to be regulatory changes, such as Zoning Ordinance amendments and/or Zoning Map amendments, to implement the vision of the Village Plan. This CPAM was initiated by the Board of Supervisors on January 18, 2022. 

The approved work plan for the St. Louis Village Plan CPAM included the creation of the St. Louis Village Plan Task Force, whose members have worked with Loudoun County staff to create an Existing Conditions Report:
