Residential

  • New Residential Building: October 19
  • Residential Trades: November 28
  • Residential Alterations: November 2
  • Residential Additions: November 1
  • County Typical Decks: November 12
  • County Typical Basements: November 10

Commercial

  • Commercial New Construction: November 21
  • Commercial Alterations/Tenant Fit-Up/Occupancy Only: November 15
  • Commercial Trades: October 19
