Project Overview
The project will construct a roundabout and widened roadway approaches at the intersection of Route 9 (Charles Town Pike) and Route 287 (Berlin Turnpike), install stormwater management measures, reconstruct drainage facilities and other improvements.
- Completed environmental studies indicate jurisdictional waters of the US, including wetlands, within the project area. Required permits will be obtained during Final Design.
- Initial Public Information Meeting was held Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
- Board of Supervisors Endorsement is expected in Fall 2019.
