    The Loudoun County Office of Elections will be offering certification to conduct a voter drive in Virginia. Third Party Voter Registration Drive Training. A short video from the Virginia Board of Elections is presented with information about the Virginia Voter Registration form and Absentee Voting in Virginia. Voter Registration forms, Absentee Voting Applications and Photo ID's for registered voters in Loudoun who do not currently have one (for voting purposes only).
