A new movement is spreading among seniors and it's all about movement! This spring, the Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging will launch a new, evidence-based program, "Moving for Better Balance." Senior adults can learn to stay active and independent by improving strength, increasing balance and preventing falls.
Sessions will be held Wednesdays and Fridays, from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. for twelve weeks, beginning March 1, 2017. They will take place at the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Administration Building, 20145 Ashbrook Place, Suite 170, Ashburn, VA 20147.
