Are you a small, women-owned, or minority-owned (SWaM) business that would like to do business with the Commonwealth of Virginia?

Join the Loudoun Workforce Resource Center for a special workshop Monday, March, 19, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the center, located in the Shenandoah Building at 102 Heritage Way, N.E. in Leesburg.  At the workshop, business owners will learn about the SWaM certification program, the new SWaM certification portal and how to apply for SWaM certification. Small business owners seeking to participate in Virginia’s specialized procurement and contracting opportunities are encouraged to become SWaM-certified.

Questions about SWaM may be directed to Chris Ley, Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, at 804-212-4647. To register for this free event, go to www.sbsd.virginia.gov/event-directory or www.loudoun.gov/wrcworkshops.

The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center provides resources to job seekers and employers. All services are offered at no cost. More information, including a calendar of upcoming events, can be found at www.loudoun.gov/wrc or by calling 703-777-0150.
