The Solarize NOVA program is returning to Loudoun County. Now through November 2, 2018, Loudoun County residents and business owners may sign up through Solarize NOVA for a free assessment of their property’s suitability for solar. The program also offers discounted pricing on solar panels and can connect property owners to a network of qualified, local solar installers.

Workshops are being offered to anyone interested in learning more about solar power and the reduced pricing options available through Solarize NOVA. The workshops are free, but RSVPS are requested due to limited space. The workshop schedule is:
The goal of Solarize NOVA is to make solar power more accessible and affordable. In addition to offering discounted prices for solar panels, the program connects participants with information on the federal Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credit and any local incentives. The program’s solar installers also help customers navigate the Solar Renewable Energy Credit market.

Solarize NOVA is sponsored by the Local Energy Alliance Program in partnership with the Northern Virginia Regional Commission and participating municipal governments, including Loudoun County.

More information about the Solarize NOVA program is online at www.solarizenova.org.
