Missing South Riding Teen was Located Safe & Sound
Loudoun County, VA- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed a 16-year-old South Riding girl reported missing on February 16th has been located.
Stephanie Ramirez-Lucero was located last night safe and sound and is now home with her family.
