Loudoun County will host an Open House for Landlords and Realtors Wednesday, April 25, 2018, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. This event is being held in recognition of April as Fair Housing Month and 2018 as the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, which was commemorated in a resolution adopted by the Loudoun Board of Supervisors earlier this month.
The open house, which is presented in partnership with the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® and Legal Services of Northern Virginia, offers an opportunity for landlords and real estate professionals to increase their knowledge of Fair Housing laws and protections and to gather information about working with Loudoun County. The open house will include two presentations:

The open house will take place at the Loudoun County Department of Family Services, located in the Shenandoah Building, 102 Heritage Way, N.E. in Leesburg.
