Loudoun County is reducing the capacity of the Board Room at the Loudoun County Government Center to 25 members of the public following Governor Ralph Northam’s announcement Friday of new statewide measures that help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The Governor’s order reduces public and private in-person gatherings to 25 individuals from 250 people.

Members of the public are encouraged to view the Board of Supervisors’ meetings and Planning Commission public hearings on TV or online. The meetings are televised on Comcast Government Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40 and Verizon FiOS Channel 40 and livestreamed at loudoun.gov/meetings

The Board’s next business meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.  Anyone who would like to provide public comment remotely may sign up to do so by contacting the Office of the County Administrator at 703-777-0200 no later than noon Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Instructions will be provided to individuals who sign up for electronic public input prior to the meeting.

Documents prepared for Board meetings are posted at loudoun.gov/bosdocuments.
